Modern House Residence by OJMR Architects
The house is located in a flat, irregularly shaped lot at the end of a cul-de-sac and wrap around the pool. The blocks are linked together to determine the angle with the guest bedroom in one wing and the other main rooms. Common areas like kitchen, living room and dining room located between the wings. This consists of two blocks with a rectangular shape that is very simple which helps to simplify the overall look of the site. The house is a golden middle between the cage and openness to the outside of the house. Rooms all with pool access pages through the sliding glass walls. This live 2600 square meters, designed by Architects for retired couples and OJMR located in Palm Springs, California.
