The interior is open concept, offering uninterrupted views from one end to the other house. The house is unique, the elements of sculpture orphan main structure, creating a path followed by the swimming pool and the park connecting to the house. Gus Wustemann Swiss architect designed contemporary, "statue" to encourage the House Feldbalz various scenarios of life, with the trio split level home entertaining, living and private areas. Ground floor made for entertaining, with access to the garden and onto the main level of the house, where the residence is located. The facade is mostly glass punctuated by translucent polycarbonate walls, offers residents an ideal balance of openness and privacy. On the other hand, the south side of the room separating the house from the outside with a 11-foot screen, which slides open to remove the wall almost no-one at all.
